Shipping policy

We ship using high-quality partners such as DHL or UPS in high-quality, specialized wine shipping boxes. We will ship your wine as soon as we have it. If a wine is out of stock when you place an order, we will let you know and ship it as soon as we receive it. If a bottle is broken in transit, please send us a picture and we will send you a new bottle or refund the one that is broken.
