A rich, complex organic white wine from Portugal's Alentejo region, this wine is one of my clients' favorites and I've added it to the store by popular demand. Made from 100% Assario grapes, the wine matures for 8 months on the lees to give it its characteristic well-balanced, complex aroma of citrus, peach, pear, apple and minerality.
