A dry, organic Pinot Noir from Wallonia's Domaine du Chapitre, this wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and one year in stainless steel tanks. It has a deep ruby color with red fruit, pepper and some chocolate notes. It won a silver medal at the Vienna wine fair.
