Argyros Estate Assyrtiko

This wine is a wonderfully fresh, citric and mineral white wine from Santorini, a volcanic island that gives a complexity, salinity and smoothness to many of its wines. One of the biggest producers in Santorini, Argyros' wines deliver consistent quality and have won many awards. I first visited the winery in 2018 and fell in love with many of its wines. I have been back several times and continue to buy this wine on a regular basis to serve with grilled fish and seafood pastas.
