Idaia Ocean Vidianó

A refreshing white wine made from Vidianó grapes near Heraklion on the Greek island of Crete. The family winery ferments the wine in stainless steel tanks and optimizes its natural aromas, which range from stone fruit to exotic fruit to minerals to citric notes. It goes well with fish, chicken, white pastas and pizzas, vegetables, and anything served with a Greek-style lemon sauce.
