Idaia Ocean

A refreshing white wine made from rare Thrapsathiri grapes near Heraklion on the Greek island of Crete. The family winery ferments the wine in stainless steel tanks and optimizes its natural aromas, which range from exotic fruit to minerals to floral and peppery notes. It goes well with fish, chicken, white pastas and pizzas, vegetables, and anything served with a Greek-style lemon sauce.
