Thymiopoulos Rosé de Xinomavro

Fittingly for a wine from a producer considered a bit of a revolutionary in his own country, everything about this wine is unusual: It's a rosé that he recommends to serve warm. It's in a dark bottle, not a clear bottle. And the taste is typically Xinomavro: complex and elegant with notes of strawberries, pomegranate, citrus, tomato and rhubarb. It gets high marks from wine critics, too.
