This is a vibrant Portuguese Blanc des Noirs Brut cava made from 100% Baga grapes in the Bairrada region. It has plenty of fine bubbles and a smooth and creamy mousse and is both fruity and elegant. On the nose it has intense aromas of dried fruits and flower petals, and on the palate apple, lime and yeast. It has a long, bittersweet and floral finish.
