Gentilini Rhombus Assyrtiko

I served this white wine at a big round birthday recently and everyone loved the combination of citric, mineral, peach and floral aromas and dry, well balanced taste and long finish. It is a blend of Assyrtiko and Robola grapes and comes from the Peloponnesus and Kefalonia, respectively, and is made on the island of Kefalonia. The wine sits on fine lees for three months to develop complexity and finesse. A good everyday white wine for all occasions!
