QM Alvarinho Vinhas Velhas

A deliciously complex "green wine" from 30-year old vines that combines freshness, acidity, and some silky melon, mineral, exotic fruit, citric, floral and honey notes for a unique taste profile.  The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring for five months. The wine pairs well with fish as well as white meats and can be kept for up to five years.
